summary

Endometriosis of bladder cancer is relatively rare condition and usually occurs as the complication of previous gynecological procedures.
It causes characteristic symptoms eg. dysuria, haematuria and abdominal pain. Diagnostic should include imaging and cystoscopic
examination. Laparoscopic approach became to be the method of choice in treatment of endometriosis. It offers low risk of
complications, low blood loss and short hospitalization time. Laparoscopic partial cystectomy provides radicalism and good long-term
results. We present the case of 49 years old woman successfully treated with this method in our department.
